Return Policy
Because there is no resale value for custom printed work, there are no exchanges or refunds.
Although refunds will not be offered for customer errors, PCI may permit the customer to correct their error and reprint the original order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. In such event, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Because we create your product just for you, we cannot resell it if returned. Items sent back to us will be recycled. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will reprint your product or refund your money. If you make a mistake on your order, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Please be aware that we may ask for the defective product to be returned to us before commencing your reprint or granting your refund. Please note that there are no returns for used or damaged products
If product is deemed defective due to the fault of PCI, one of the following resolutions will be offered:
- If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, PCI will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples may be requested prior to any action being taken; or
- If a refund is requested, a Customer Retention representative will contact you to help issue your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customer must contact an PCI representative within five business days of communication from PCI' Customer Retention representative to verify the request. PCI reserves the right to request and review samples of the claimed defective product before issuing a RMA. If the product is found to be defective due to customer error, a RMA will not be issued and a refund will not be authorized. If the product is found to be defective due to an PCI error, the product must be returned. The product must be received by PCI within 15 days after RMA is issued. Refunds will be processed only after an RMA has been issued and the entire product has been returned to and reviewed by PCI.
